The native Michigander Eric traveled nearly a decade in various ski towns throughout the mountain west. Eric then went on sail as a merchant mariner for some years on the S.S. Alpena where he was introduced to Alpena and the amazing surrounding area in northeastern Michigan. Eric and his family moved to Presque Isle in 2019 and have been absolutely delighted with the pristine landscape and welcoming community. Eric has had an enthusiasm for real estate as long as he can remember and a passion for helping others which makes him a perfect fit for your real estate needs. He is looking forward to meeting so many new people/friends and helping them navigate their real estate goals.

Buyer reviewEric was excellent to work with, great communication skills, punctual, willingness to at a moments notice make any arrangements possible to show another house, His hours when they need to be prior to 9:00 and after 5:00 always available to answer any questions. We closed on time actually sooner than I expected, very personable well spoken and a very knowledgeable, and honest to have worked with. This whole transition process was Excellent.
