Eric has many years of experience and is very professional and both Eric and Pam are approachable and communicate very well. We didn't have to reach out for information. Pam is meticulous and organized. We trust them and even had a POA for Pam to close for us because we live in a different state.

We received offers very quickly. It was exciting and we are very pleased with how Eric and Pam Bates took care of us. They were straight forward with what we needed to repair to make the house perfect, and they made sure we understood which offers were the best for our situation. Eric was worked really hard to find the right house and made sure all items in regards to the house where taken care of. There was issues that came up during the inspection of the property. He put in a great deal of time making sure all issues we had where corrected and done properly. He also went out of his way to meet us on our schedule, working late evenings and weekends,even early mornings to make things easier for our chaotic schedule. I would definitely recommend Eric Bates to any one looking for a realtor.

When the first sale did not go through due to buyer issues, Eric immediately began to repost and really push my home to get a new contract. The closing was the smoothest legal process that I have ever encountered. He really listened to me and my desires and got it done!! He is awesome to work with and knows what he is doing.

Eric Bates is wonderful to work with. He is open and honest about the process, what to expect and answering questions and calming fears and stress. He stayed in constant contact and kept me updated on all steps of the process. He kept me in touch with reality when I thought it was taking too long. He grounded me with real expectations and timeframes. He is kind, considerate and extremely patient with "older" people (me) even when I asked the same questions more than once. If I EVER need a realtor again, I will do my best to find Eric!!
