Seller reviewHaving lived in my home over 60 years, I was nervous about the prospect of selling and all the paperwork, contracts, and unfamiliar people in my home. My daughter found Eric through "RealEstate AgentsITrust", and after interviewing him and another, Eric easily won our business and our trust. He displayed confidence, had a firm understanding of the market, and came to the initial meeting with us ready to answer any questions I had. But what really won me over was his great attitude, patience, and desire to listen and establish a great relationship with me. My experience of selling my home wound up being virtually painless and went smoothly due greatly in part to Eric. There were no surprises and I always knew where we were in the process and what was coming next. We closed without issues, a day early, and $15,000 over asking price! I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is nervous about selling or in need of an agent who is patient, kind, and willing to go that extra step.

Seller reviewEric called quite a bit telling me what's going on. Any questions I had he was top notch. He was friendly, knew his job very well. Never had any problems, went above and beyond to help sell our home. He became a very good friend with my husband and I. He was a great asset to us. Did everything he could possibly do for us. I would recommend Eric to all my family and friends. I'm very happy to have had Eric for my realtor.

Buyer reviewEric is someone who has a lot of experience working with investors. There's not a lot of those kind of realtors out there, so I'm glad to have found him. I always have a great experience working with Eric. On our last purchase Eric did a great job and was always available and responsive when I needed him. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a home or investment. He also has a good amount of connections and contacts to local vendors and mortgage companies that has been essential to my success.
