Throughout this period, Eric's patience and dedication never wavered. He went above and beyond by filming detailed video tours of each property, meticulously explaining interiors, exteriors, and neighborhood nuances - making remote decisions seamless. Before closing, he'd already secured qualified tenants for my new property and had it rented immediately after closing. When the fence broke at my first property (which he manages), Eric personally brought tools repaired it himself - refusing payment and calling it a gift.
