Seller reviewEric Vaughn was perfect to deal with. Even though I was pushing back hard thinking that the price for our house that he wanted to list it at was too high, he calmly justified the number through "comps" and swayed my opinion. Because of his persuasiveness, I made an extra $20K in profit when the house was sold. People need to remember that they may have expertise lots of different fields, but he has the expertise when it comes to real estate.
