Seller reviewEric Vaughn did an outstanding job selling my property in Alto, NM. He got it on the market quickly and listed it attractively. He had a good grasp of the area and the market for the property I was selling. Eric completed the sale quickly. Before Eric went on a scheduled vacation he prepped his associate Matt Ingram thoroughly and Matt was excellent at the closing. Altogether it was a very good experience working with Eric Vaughn.

Seller reviewWe met with Eric 2 years ago about selling our parents home in Ruidoso. We loved that he was so personable and honest. We decided not to sell the property at that time. Fast forward to September 2023 when we decided to sell the property. We flew to Ruidoso, called Eric and signed a listing agreement that day! Eric went above and beyond in working with us. We do not live in Ruidoso so Eric arranged to have the landscaping cleaned up and was always available. The day Eric listed the property he went back to his office and another broker in the office showed the property to his clients and we had an offer that day!!
