Erin did a Excellent Job with selling our Home was always smiling and very helpful she was there to help us all the way through I would recommend her to anyone Erin Was totally a Special person to us as we sold her Erin was all the above and more She was with all the way through the process Erin was excellent she sold my home in 2 days I never expected it to happen so fast Iall went through very Quickly I was glad I had bought my other home first Erin works very hard to make sure her clients and she is like a part of the family as well as a deal estate agent doing her job I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell there home Gary Mancino had to come and pick up some paper work for Erin and he was also very helpful I felt like I had known forever He was just so friendly

Erin is very prepared when arriving for the first meeting. She was aware of the fact that any prospective buyers may be required to purchase flood insurance. She did a fantastic job of marketing our property and had showings already lined up when the property went on the market. Our house sold the weekend it went on the market!

Erin did an outstanding job in the sale of my home. She handled all aspects of the sale while I was out of state. I had total confidence and trust in her. She keep in touch every step of the way. The sale took less the 2 weeks which was amazing, and so was she. Erin went above and beyond any expectations I had in a agent. She arranged for the photographer to do a virtual tour of my home and she personally staged items for best visual results because I was 1400 miles away. Erin recently was the agent for my brother and I witnessed first hand her professionalism and trustworthiness. I had no doubt who to contact when I needed to sell my home.
