Our realtor, Erin McDonald, was very helpful and informative beginning from the market analysis, discussing and comparing the listing price options, and offering suggestions on staging the property for listing pictures. I think this was crucial to the amount of internet and open house traffic our listing received. We listed with Erin in August in hopes of selling the property within 6 months and she she sold it in 3 months. What more do I need to say other than how impressed I am with her market knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. I have never met a nicer real,estate agent than Erin.
