Ethan was the only broker we talked with and we had no desire to look any further because he was very professional and helpful from the moment we first talked to him. Ethan made time to meet with us personally or have someone available to show us a home when it best fit our schedule. This was super beneficial for us. He also has an incredible amount of knowledge about all things real estate. Negotiations couldn't have went smoother, it was super helpful that we were able to ask his advice during negotiating and he was a great middle-man for those discussions with the seller, which made it way more comfortable for us. Every step of the way was basically as simple as I imagine it could possibly be due to Ethan's expertise, customer service skills, friendliness, and good sense of humor. I really can't think of anything that Ethan could have improved on, he really knocked it out of the park in every way!

After another purchase, Ethan out did himself once again. Ethan did everything the right way to help make the buying process as easy as possible. Ethan and his team were amazing! We are not easy to deal with and Ethan and his team made us feel like we were too prior. I will recommend ethan to anyone I know who's wanting to buy/sell. This was our first time selling a house and it was something we had no idea about or any experience. Ethan did an amazing job walking us through everything. Ethan is by far the most professional, efficient, and disciplined Realtor my wife and I have had the opportunity to work with, over an almost 20 year military career moving all over the country every 2-3 years.
