When asking our son for any recommendations on a realtor in the area he recommended Ethan Hokel, as he had seen Ethan's presence and contribution to the community. We contacted Ethan and he was very knowledgeable about the area and the realty market in the area. He was very communicative whenever we reached out to him and answered all inquiries thoroughly and in a timely manner. When we traveled to the area on an abbreviated time frame he was able to show us listings, provide us detail on the areas as someone who had grownup in the area, and was patient with our questions. We were able to find the perfect house that was in the final stages of completion. Ethan worked through some logistics issues and we were able to close and move-in in the desired time frame. Ethan even met with us on a holiday while we were in the area for a walk through the house. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Seller reviewEthan posted my home on Friday, May 31, and we had an offer in hand by Saturday, June 1st at 10 am. Ethan followed up on the offer and kept me posted. From there we had a period of time while waiting for the required paperwork and inspections to be done.
