In such a highly coveted area, Ethiel was able to show us many houses after he researched them on his own. His level of knowledge on the area, outside of the houses, and inside of the houses was second to none. He was extremely detail oriented and it made us feel like we were making informed and confident decisions!July 2017
The South Shore of Long Island is highly competitive, but Ethiel was always on top of new homes coming out. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and always let us know if there were new homes on the market!
Ethiel was always very professional with us. He answered our questions with lots of information and made us feel comfortable to approach him with questions. He was patient with out lack of knowledge in the beginning, and by the end of our time with him we learned so much about real estate. It made us feel like we could trust him with the biggest purchase we have ever made.
We are in our dream home now! We couldn't be more appreciative.

If anyone is looking for a broker I highly recommend Ethiel Melecio. He went above and beyond to make buying our home has easy as possible. I can't thank him enough for being there for my husband and I and making sure we were happy and satisfied at all times. I have recommended already to my closest friends for when they are ready to purchase and I will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a house!

Ethiel Melesio was a great realtor to work with he helped me from the start of the home buying process to the end.. When looking for a home he helped me to find a house in my price range and even went the extra mile when looking at the houses he showed me the Problems that might arise in each house and the cost it was going to repair it.. He was very patient with me on the home search and didn't stop until I had the right one.. During the house search he sat me down and went over all the numbers for the mortgage from the offer to closing cost he even told me what my monthly bill would be for my mortgage crunching all the numbers.. During inspection and walk thru helped me to inspect everything in the house and showed me what to look for was a great help cause I am a 1st time home buyer so it was new to me.. He even went out of his way to get the necessary permits I needed from the town to give to the appraiser cause of my hectic work schedule.. He's family and would forever thank him for all he has done for me.. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a house he's passionate about his job and takes the time to help any type of buyer feel comfortable about the house with the highest integrity.. When your with ethiel he makes u feel like family.. Definitely going to use him again on my next home purchase
