Ethiel Melesio was a great realtor to work with he helped me from the start of the home buying process to the end.. When looking for a home he helped me to find a house in my price range and even went the extra mile when looking at the houses he showed me the Problems that might arise in each house and the cost it was going to repair it.. He was very patient with me on the home search and didn't stop until I had the right one.. During the house search he sat me down and went over all the numbers for the mortgage from the offer to closing cost he even told me what my monthly bill would be for my mortgage crunching all the numbers.. During inspection and walk thru helped me to inspect everything in the house and showed me what to look for was a great help cause I am a 1st time home buyer so it was new to me.. He even went out of his way to get the necessary permits I needed from the town to give to the appraiser cause of my hectic work schedule.. He's family and would forever thank him for all he has done for me.. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a house he's passionate about his job and takes the time to help any type of buyer feel comfortable about the house with the highest integrity..
