First of all, my family wanted to thank Evangeline Espiritu for all that she does. She's an expert in her field with great customer service. Ms. Evangeline Espiritu "Vangie" has been very helpful. My wife and I are not so familiar with the whole process of buying a home but Ate Vangie has always been there providing expert guidance and explanation. She is just a phone call away. She always makes sure that we are happy with our decisions. She always advocates for us. She's always been upfront and truthful. Our overall experience with Evangeline Espiritu has been very pleasant and rewarding. We were able to get the right house, location and price that we've wanted.

Evangelina Espiritu was just incredible with helping us get our dream home. Our home had multiple offers but her tenacity and years of expertise helped us bag the house. She was very prompt to answer any questions and concerns. Guiding us throughout the process and keeping us informed. She is very well connected,from the mortgage lender to the home inspector to the attorney. It made the whole process as stress-free as possible. We couldn't ask for a better realtor! She made us feel like we were a priority. It was a great pleasure working with Evangelina and we highly recommend her!

I found Vangie online on a random home buying search. I reached out to her and she was very approachable and responsible. I sent her name and photo to my husband and he realized that he had worked with her in the past and she had been very helpful. That was enough reason to wanna work with her. Throughout the whole buying process, Vangie went above and beyond to ensure a timely closing, although we had quite a few humps to go over. She kept us informed, recommended people for inspection, the lawyer or home insurance, and scheduled what needed to be scheduled in due time. She took the time to go way out of her way to make sure some of the procedures got expedited, although it wasn't really her job. She is kind, respectful and very hardworking. She even found another tenant in the house we were renting which made our lives so much easier as we had to break our lease to buy this house. I will definitely use her again and recommend her. Upon her recommendation I started low with the offer &I got the deal w/no more back and forth negotiation. I could reach out to her anytime & receive a prompt answer. Internet info are not updated. You really needed help from a real estate agent. I know Evangelina through a mutual friend, so I decided to get her services since I read some good reviews about her and she got a lot of recommendation from happy customers. Indeed, those are all true. From the start to the end, she acts in professional manner. She's full of patience with me, I am very picky and particular. She suggest and recommend and respect your wants. She's on the look out and send me immediately new houses on the market that pertains to my taste, and immediately make appointment to view the house. This way, I was able to seal a deal on the house that I want before it disappear. Evangelina took good care of everything from bottom to top. She knows her stuff. You can tell she got a lot of experiences. Sale went smooth with me because she's able to put stuff together from house infection, attorney reviews, and mortgage. Evangelina answer texts, calls, and emails fast. She is very professional in talks and walks. We were able to close on the date she said it will be, and we did. She even gave us a gift to celebrate our new home. My husband and I are very please and happy that she is our real estate agent, I will definitely recommend her.
