Seller reviewWhen setting the first appointment with Evelyn, she asked a few questions - and came for our meeting after considerable research on sales in our area AND properties to purchase! She did a thorough tour of our home of 34 years, added some great staging pieces, and with her very current knowledge of recent transactions, helped us set a strong asking price. In 3 days, there were 9 visits to our home and 5 great offers. One prospective buyer's agent contacted Evelyn about their very keen interest. As a result, they increased their offer, waived the cost of (after-inspection) repairs, and remained flexible about move-in date. We were thrilled to sell our family home to this lovely couple and became "friends" during the process of the inspection and walk-through.
