I iniated purchasing a home with her while overseas and she provided me questions and answers and listings of homes for months prior to my arrival. Who maintains that level of support without missing a beat for that long? Evelyn does. Outstanding! Professional, timely and explained each step in detail and submitted all requests and answered every question with no delay. I cannot recommend her enough! Best agent in the business! Professional, courteous, and accessible at any time and would provide answers, solutions and action on all requests. Provided real time action with no delays, and as a military member in Hampton Roads, quick response time and attention to every detail is part of our DNA and she guided the purchase step by step. Patient, knowledgable and very kind and understanding, She made the purchasing of our home so easy and personal, and was the key to the relief of stress and concern that comes with purchasing a home especially during a military move. (Not just sellig the house to the first bidder) Though she told us we wanted too much for the house in comparison to other home sales in the area, she let us stick to our guns. When the offer came in she went to great measures to ensure the appraiser was able to see the home's true worth. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She worked harder for us than ever expected and is a 5* lady.

There was never a time when we felt stressed or even anxious throughout the entire process, easy does not even describe it. My husband was ill during our move and I dont know what I would have done without Evelyn handling all the details for us. She has been a God send and we appreciate her more than words can say!

Buyer reviewMrs. Thomas' reputation for being an excellent broker proceeded her and I had worked with her twice in the past 10 years when interested in relocating. Mrs. Thomas was very diligent in providing me with property information routinely, following up with me to determine if I wanted to visit any of the property locations or had any questions/concerns regarding the locations or if she could set up times for site visits. When site visits were planned she was always prompt and very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities. Mrs. Thomas always appeared to have done her homework not only on the property but on the neighborhood and the property values in the area. I truly feel that due to Mrs. Thomas' years of experience in the broker business I could rely on her recommendations for many of the services I needed when I decided to place a contract on my home. Over the last eight or so years that I have discussed my real estate needs with Mrs. Thomas and looked at properties her knowledge, skills, and abilities has earned my trust and I will always put my full faith in her recommendations.
