Seller reviewI would like to thank Evelyn for the wonderful job she did! She went on a pre-planned vacation the day after our house went on the market, so other agents took care of showing the house. But Evelyn was in constant communication with us across the world in another time zone. She was always available, no matter what, and we felt that we came first with everything. She was always taking care of calling everyone who needed to be called, recommending a great mortgage company for us, termite and inspector. She knows her stuff and has the experience to get the job done, and she did just that in record time! She was so kind and caring we really appreciate all she did for us!!

(Not just sellig the house to the first bidder) Though she told us we wanted too much for the house in comparison to other home sales in the area, she let us stick to our guns. When the offer came in she went to great measures to ensure the appraiser was able to see the home's true worth. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She worked harder for us than ever expected and is a 5* lady.
