Evette Ruiz specializes in residential sales in the 2004 Office of the firm.
Evette received her real estate education at Schlicher-Kratz Institute and has successfully completed CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold's Success Foundations training program.
Evette is fluent in Spanish and hopes to assist the Latin-American Community, while becoming a top-producing agent.
In her spare time, Evette enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys reading and outdoor activities.
She participates in the Cardinal Dougherty High School fundraiser, Moms and Tots and is an active member of St. Cecilia's Church.

Buyer reviewThis was my first house. Anyone who has bought a house before, whether it be the first or not, can tell you it is one of the most energy consuming and stressful things one can experience. I was so nervous because buying a house is a big deal, and I wanted to make sure when I signed on the dotted line, that I was committing to something I could handle. Evette helped me sell my grandmother's house a year ago, and I was so pleased with her, so I chose to work with her again. What I really liked most about her was that she was not only professional, but could also be friendly and personal as well. I felt like she truly related to my needs as a person going through the process, and helped by making sure I wouldn't try to buy something I couldn't handle. She was never concerned about just making the sale. She guided me through the process and helped it go as smooth as possible (it isn't really a smooth process, but she was a pro). I am so thankful that I decided to buy the house and that I worked with Evette. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.
