Seller reviewEvonne Baker was amazing! I was selling my house while living overseas and Evonne answered all of my questions and had excellent communication through the entire process. Her knowledge of local contractors and businesses helped me to get the repairs and improvements I needed so the house would be ready to sell. The house sold quickly and Evonne really made it a smooth experience, and I am so thankful for her hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Evonne at Century 21!

Buyer reviewAs an out-of-state resident moving to Kirksville Missouri for school, I sought a realty agent knowledgeable and trusted within the community. After connecting with Evonne Baker at Century 21 Lifetime Reality, I knew my wife and I were in good hands. Having zero background knowledge of buying a home, Evonne took the time to inform and guide us through each step. Evonne provided us with non-bias and informative walkthroughs and printouts of each house. Meanwhile, she employed a zero-pressure sales attitude, which was important for my wife and I as we searched for our first home. After finding the perfect one, Evonne walked us through each step of the home buying process. From our residential sales contract to our closing date, Evonne was there to answer my questions and kept the ball rolling. If you are moving to Kirksville, I would highly recommend Evonne Baker for her knowledge of the Kirksville area homes, local inspectors, and local bankers.

Buyer reviewWe found the house on realtor.com and it happened to be Ms. Baker who was selling it; as it would turn out she was a great realtor to work with who took whatever measures necessary to ensure our questions were answered and the deal went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable regarding the property and most importantly she was NOT pushy. This was the first time we purchased a house and the last thing my wife or I wanted was an agent trying to push us into buying a house just for the sake of selling it. Ms. Baker was extremely patient and explained each step of the process to us which made an otherwise stressful more easy to deal with; especially considering that we are not from the area and had to do everything online. We would absolutely work with Ms. Baker again should the need arise and would recommend anyone else looking for a house in the area do so as well.
