My older home needed work and Faye - along with Century 21 online - were tremendous in guiding me when fixing my home, presenting, capturing and retaining the buyer all the way to closing - June to August. With preparation and hard work we successfully received $11K over asking. Placed on MLS Thursday afternoon -- and we had the over-bid the following Monday night.
