Buyer reviewFermin is amazing. He helped us through the struggle of negotiating and losing 6 houses! Until we finally found our home. Although it was stressful and took over 4 months Fermin was always excited to take us to see houses and was always open and receptive to our needs. We honestly couldnt have found a home without Fermin and we are so grateful that he was with us through the whole process including the closing. He is the best and I will be sure to recommend him and use him again in the future! I cannot say how glad I am that Fermin was always available either by email or phone and I appreciate that more than anything because he was always there to calm my impatient nerves.
