He was diligent on getting back to me and always took the time to explain every step. Due to the online listing, we had over 50 appointments for showings, we received a cash offer the first day and even though it fell thru there was another cash offer right after, which he negotiated for a higher number. We accepted and closed in a couple of weeks. Frank was available to us anytime we had any questions.
