Buying a home is not easy and very stressful but surely Francis made sure to decrease our stress and ease the process. This is very important especially that we were first time buyers. Frank treated us like family and went above and beyond with helping us achieve our long time goal. He is very honest and trustworthy, which are qualities every buyer needs in their agent. Francis is very approachable and didn't make us feel like we were customers. We felt like we were meeting a family member at every house he showed us. Also, he never made us feel like we were taking a lot of his time. He gave us his time and was extremely patient with us. I had 2 previous agents and Frank superseded both of them within a 30min conversation. Frank is simply AWESOME!! an agent and now a family friend! Frank made me feel as though I was his ONLY buyer.. Frank made me feel as though he was buying the house with us...Frank made sure I was protected and that I was made of aware of everything, nothing hidden! Buyer reviewHe helped my mother when she purchased her home and I knew this was the only person I'd want to help me through this process. Frank Mellace went above and beyond in all aspects. Given the market a few houses got away from me but he stayed patient and was very supportive and helpful throughout. Frank Mellace again went above and beyond in his professionalism and manners. To ensure there was always clear communication between Frank and myself, he would text as well as follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was conveyed in a manner I would understand. Compared to my family and friends who've bought houses and not used Century 21 Rauh & Johns, I've had the easiest process of them all. Everything was already handled and taken care of before it was ever even a thought in my head.
