Buyer reviewHe helped my mother when she purchased her home and I knew this was the only person I'd want to help me through this process. Frank Mellace went above and beyond in all aspects. Given the market a few houses got away from me but he stayed patient and was very supportive and helpful throughout. Frank Mellace again went above and beyond in his professionalism and manners. To ensure there was always clear communication between Frank and myself, he would text as well as follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was conveyed in a manner I would understand. Compared to my family and friends who've bought houses and not used Century 21 Rauh & Johns, I've had the easiest process of them all. Everything was already handled and taken care of before it was ever even a thought in my head.

Seller reviewFrank was great from beginning to end of a stressful sale. Had my house sold in 48hrs without even putting a sign up and we were at closing literally 30days later. Great negotiator and very knowledgeable in the buying and selling processes. He is very straightforward with no beating around the bush of how much things will cost and the money you can expect. Frank always answered the phone and texts very quickly and even answered/responded while he was on vacation and literally spoke with me for an hour!!! And called the buying agent to figure things out when issues came up. Frank is a great realtor and very good guy in general. You would be lucky to have frank work for you. Excellent experience all around. Thanks again frank!!!
