Frank stayed in daily contact with me everyday. He went through the listings and recommended houses every day. He was always available to go look at houses. His local knowledge was excellent and he always stayed "on the ball" so to speak. He was always honest about when he thought a listing maybe was over-priced. He made sure I didn't overpay or bid on a house that could have hidden, costly issues. He is a first-class real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone.

We currently live in South Carolina, and needed to sell our Michigan home. Frank is a personal friend of a family member and received a strong endorsement. Frank contacted us and helped us coordinate repairs/updates needed on the house prior to sale, and then also with the placing of the house on the market. Frank was terrific to work with and was our 'eyes and ears' from 700 miles away; he was able to coordinate and handle unexpected issues that came up during the process in our absence.
