Frank is an excellent agent but also is an excellent person,he took all his time to heard our needs, and as always he found the best way for set our house in the market in a reasonable price to sell it fast, is our second experience with Frank and if in the future we need to sell or buy another house, off course he will be our agent again , we recommend his service 100%.Thank again. he is a five stars agent and a five star person.

Where does a person start when speaking about a true professional. When i and my wife met Frank Martínez, he was introduced to us as a real estate agent, he i remember telling us that he would help through and with the biggest investment of our lives. Since the year 2012 we weighed our options in homes, and just couldn't seem to find the right one. We woukd get discouraged and would think of stop for any searches, but Frank as a true professional always stood by our side and continued to walk us through as if he were walking a pair of babies begging to walk. His patience, his professionalism, his determination to helo us find our first home made him become our friend. A friend whom we pur all out blind trust on and our confidence as well. Frank did an amazing job. He finally got us our dream home. And we will for ever be thankful. FRANK MY AGENT! MY FRIEND!

when buying a home the most important aspect is finding a broker that is honest, on top of things and personable. Frank Martinez is all those things and more. The prospect of buying a home can be scary but when you have a broker that is on his A game from start to finish so much stress is alleviated. We had such an easy, wonderful experience that i could scarce believe it when so smooth. I strongly recommend Frank Martinez as a broker if you are ever in need of world class service. Century 21 is on fleek when it comes to this broker!

He also went above and beyond to ensure that my property was as appealing as possible to potential buyers which resulted in multiple offers within a couple of days of the open house!
