I've been lucky to have many years of experience in the real estate business. Before I was a realtor, I worked in the remodeling and construction industries. Those years give me a unique perspective when I'm showing properties. I'm evaluating the foundation, the roof, electrical, etc. with a contractor's eye. Those working with me get a realtor and skilled contractor wrapped in one package! On the flip side, I'm happy to use my experience when listing homes; to look a home over, make recommendations for fixes and improvements needing made-and to assess how to get a home sold as quickly as possible, for the best price. I've been told my easygoing manner creates a welcoming, low-pressure atmosphere for buyers. That's because I'm not just looking to sell houses; my goal is to smooth the process of putting people in the homes of their dreams, where they will make memories and raise families. If I'm doing my job right, clients will be relaxed; have limited stress while they go through the process of being united with the right home. Real estate is one of the largest investments someone may ever make. I enjoy being part of that decision. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see the happiness on the faces of these families when I hand them the keys to their new home or getting a home sold, so that they can move on to a new phase of their life!
