I was so nervous to start this process. All of the "what if's" were ruling my thoughts on buying a home. Those thoughts were so loud, I ignored Gaby's first few calls(we laughed about this at closing). Once I decided to give her a chance, I never looked elsewhere. She was understanding, knowledgeable and patient. Her communication was amazing. She asked all of the right questions and always answered my questions. She even asked about my daughter and kept her in mind with the different properties. I felt safe working with her. Gaby is a realtor that really went to bat for me. If something didn't sit right with me or her she was on it. Gaby also helped me broaden my view on the types of homes I should consider. I closed on a beautiful town home. The bonus is the is no HOA. Which was something I aimed to avoid. I set a goal to close on a home before my birthday. She kept that in the front of her mind and made it happen. Here I am a home owner a week before my birthday.
