Gaby contacted me when we were searching for property for our church. We weren't looking to use a realtor yet and were exploring on our own and seeing what was out there and what we could afford. When Gaby contacted me she asked if she could get our parameters in what we were looking for. I said yes but not sure if you're going to find anything because we've been looking. Within 2 days she had sent me 5-10 properties that were exactly in our area and price range! Most people kept leading us outside of our parameters. Within another week, Gaby contacted me about a property I had previously seen but had noticed it was way too much above our price range. She asked me if she could contact them on our behalf and if she could get the numbers down into our range if we'd be interested. I said sure, you can try, but it's listed way above our price range. She contacted us back within a day and said the sellers would be willing to negotiate in our range!! Wow! We ended up closing this week!
