The closing happened on time as originally expected despite all of the problems that arose. Note that none of the issues were the fault of Gail or us (the buyers), but she persisted with the seller's agent to make things happen.

Seller reviewSelling vacant land, let alone a commercial property on a main highway, is always a unique transaction. However, Gail stuck with the process working hard as potential buyers came forward with various technical questions regarding city zoning laws and land usage permits. In the end, she even represented the ultimate buyer at the closing as well. Persistent and thorough, I would recommend Gail to anyone!
