Seller reviewI have bought and sold homes before, but never enjoyed working with a Realtor because each time I was disappointed in their competence or commitment. Gail Foster is a highly competent and committed Realtor. Gail will ALWAYS put her client's welfare ahead of everything else. She is very well versed in her profession and this experience will benefit those buying or selling (she has handled both transactions for us). Gail patiently helped us search for a new house for nearly ONE YEAR. Every time we viewed a house with her, she was pleasant, cheerful, and never made us feel that our long search inconvenienced her. She earned my respect and appreciation advocating on my behalf during negotiations or resolving an issue with the Title Company. No matter how small the sum, Gail will fight for her client.
