She explained everything to us in a manor that we could understand, we never felt rushed. We also felt like she was just excited about the sale of our home and buying a new home as we were. Our house sold within a day to one of the highest bidders. She explained to us why we should go with the bidder we did and it worked out without any problems. We chose the write buyer. We would leave her office or an outside meeting with her feeling like we were aware of what was going on and what was going to happen, very confident in the process.
