She had outstanding reviews from all of her customers with the highest rating amongst all other agents in the area. Gail communicated at a high level each step of the way. She did not hesitate to contact me with questions, feedback, or updates. Right from the start I advised Gail that I was located out of the state and that this is a sale of my mother's home after her passing. She immediately jumped in and was more than willing to assist us in any way possible to make arrangements for an estate sale, yard service, trash pick up, cleaning services, exterminator, locksmith, etc. She was great! I wouldn't have been able to do this successfully without her support. I would highly recommend Gail Niehaus to manage all of your real estate needs.
