Our sale was a probate sale and turned out to be quite time consuming and difficult. There was paperwork that should have been handled before my mother-in-law passed away but wasn't, which ended up adding an awful lot of extra work to Gary's plate. Gary had to go above and beyond many times to keep things moving along and although we had many starts and stops, none of the bumps were because of the work Gary was doing. We live in the state of Washington and the property being sold was in CA and so we really needed a realtor we could trust. I firmly believe that we got that in Gary. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed about what was going on, even when the sale process hit a road block. We lost two buyers because of rule changes in the mobile home park where the property was for sale; Gary didn't miss a beat. He found us another buyer and after a lot of foot work, faxing and phone calls on his end, the sale finally went through.
Because he was so good about staying in touch, even when he had to pass on disappointing news, I felt like we were dealing with an honest man. VERY reassuring considering we were trying to get the sale done with so many mile between us.
Also, he is a nice man.
