I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. Buyer reviewGary was absolutly amazing . We were doing a remote purchase from Germany . My wife was able come to the states for a few days and Gary and his wife showed her numerous houses and found our great retirement home. Gary then was with us every step of the way thru closing and after. The Cobbs were both so kind and helpful and led us my the hand . We would not have our beautiful home if not for Gary. If ever I purchase or sell another home there is only one agent i would want. I think that your survey scale should be higher than excellent, Gary was XXXXXXXEXCELLENT in all areas XXXXXXXXXXXXXXEXCELLENT. Gary was always responsive, always offered good advice, and moved aggressively when we told him we wanted this house (on market Monday, multiple offers Tuesday, we got it Wednesday). We bought the house site unseen but with confidence based on Gary's assessment and that of his recommended home inspector. We couldn't be happier and are totally looking forward to seeing it for the first time tomorrow and moving in on Tuesday. We could not be happier! Many Thanks to Gary and all.
