I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. Buyer reviewGary Cobb is hands down the most dedicated, hard working, ethical agent I have used in real estate. He was able to show my wife and I 24 homes in two days, due to our limited time in the area. After one house we put an offer in on and our offer was beat by another party we had to fly home disappointed. Within a couple of days Gary, with the help of his wonderful wife, had found us a home that would fit all of our needs and wants. We put an offer in and he helped us from across the country to secure our new home. If I purchase another property in Tennessee, Gary will be the only person that will get my business.

I never had to wait longer than a few hours before hearing from him. I wish lender/appraiser/underwriting/ was as prompt as Gary.
