I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. My move to the sales side full time came due to the desire and passion to work full time at a profession that I enjoy so much.I work with both buyers and seller and represent them with honesty, loyalty and integrity. Buyer reviewGary Cobb worked for my goals for 12 months . He listened to what my wants were and understood, I was only interested in my wants. He filtered out things that I would never consider, such as homes in HOA's or inside city limits. I gave him my budget and he expertly tailored the offering to it. His expert knowledge of the eastern Tennessee counties, I respected and took his advice on, many times. Gary was always on time to showings, and communicated any issues with a property BEFORE we went there. This was important to me because it was along distance search for me. I came from New Mexico to this wonderful home in the Smoky Mountains. I also stayed with my daughter during the final search, she lives in middle Tennessee. My drive to see a property was often 300 miles. Gary weeding out problem properties was a great savings of time and money to me. Yet he left no stone unturned in the search. Gary Cobb is a true Professional! A serious asset to his agency! Bravo Zulu Gary!!!
