I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. He was very kind thoughtful and knows his job we enjoyed our time with him. Gary Cobb is a nice and friendly guy .We were very comfortable and at ease with him. He seem to notice things about a house that he knew we would not like so we found that a good thing. We would recommend Gary to our friends family and we would use him again. Gary knows the area very well he showed us lots of homes. He negotiated the price paid attention to detail and looked out for our benefit. We were assigned another realtor but she wasn't doing anything for us .George connected us to Gary and we were very happy. I would recommend Century 21 Legacy. Gary made our buying a home a great experience.

He made the process very streamline us and we really appreciated how quickly we were able to get the closing accomplished. He was available what seemed like 24/7. I cant remember a time where he did not reply in a timely manner. he treated us with respect and just went above and beyond what he had to do. I recommend some sort of reward for Gary.
