I get the house to where it needs to be and then just turn it over, Gary takes care of EVERYTHING. He makes the process as seamless and easy as possible, and always gets top dollar for his clients. I won't use anyone else but Gary. Kudos to him and his entire team....

I sold my condo and also bought a townhouse with his help, and he managed the timing perfectly so there were no issues between selling and buying. Gary was always available whenever I needed him, and he consistently replied to my messages with the answers I was looking for. Since I can be quite picky, I wanted to see a lot of homes, and Gary was amazing at organizing them by location and coordinating showings so I could view many options in the shortest amount of time. He also pointed out the pros and cons of each property and offered thoughtful suggestions, which really helped me compare and decide what would be the best fit. Throughout the entire process, Gary was incredibly supportive. He's someone I plan to stay in touch with even after buying my home, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. You won't regret working with Gary!
