Buyer reviewGary was very upfront about the conditions of the properties we looked at, and also made me aware of issues with those properties that may affect my loan or home owners insurance. I appreciated his attitude towards the reality of each property, what needed addressed, what could negatively affect my loan or insurance and what issues each property had and whether or not I could realistically address them. It's better to hear those things before making an offer rather than after you've moved in.
