I wanted my son to choose my realtor since he would be searching for homes for me since I was living in Lincoln, but also, one that would work well with me. Gary was an excellent choice!! Early on Gary picked up on what I liked and didn't like and then respected that, which I feel is rare in a sales person. He had knowledge of each home we went thru, and I felt like he made that a part of his job, learning about each home as much as he can, even if he is selling it or not. He was very diligent and caring, and followed thru with each detail to make sure there was nothing to hold up my closing. I also liked how well he worked with my lender. You just know that Gary loves his job, and that reflects in his relationship with his clients. Moving is a very trying time, and having someone like him to work with you is great.
