Buyer reviewAs a first time house buyer I had many questions about the what and how of finding and buying my first house. Gary made the time to answer my questions and was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about my local housing market. I had both a dollar amount in mind and specific requirements as I was house hunting. He knew my preferances and would inform me of houses that might fit my description. During showings of house I found interesting, Gary honestly said what he thought about the shape and layout of the house as well as value, which I appreciated. When I did finally close on a house he introduced me to a local mortgage broker, Jill DuBray, who handled my V.A. loan, gave me a great interest rate and saved me a lot of money. Gary was a excellent professional I would recommend to anyone, I have no complaints.

He was extremely easy to work with, and he was accessible at all times throughout the buying process. He provided me with guidance throughout every step of the purchase. On the day I closed on the house, Gary even took it upon himself to spend the whole afternoon cleaning the mess left behind by the previous owners. It is clear to see that Gary takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients!
