I really liked that Gary was very straight forward and particular about different things in the houses we looked at. He pointed out different things that were wrong with a house as well as good things about the house. He gave us his honest opinion on whether he thought the house was worth what it was listed at and about different improvements he would do to the house. I never had trouble getting ahold of him or getting to look at a house as soon as possible that worked with my schedule.
