Outstanding, Neighbor -like, non-judgmental, excellent service oriented man! Gary went beyond and above my expectations even when I was about to pull every last hair on my head off. The market is flooded with buyers and so I met realtors who were only in it for the highest profit sell, quickest to close. Reality is by reading all the comments on Facebook's "relocating to East TN " . That kind realtor is not meeting the needs of most help with relocating. I recommend Gary for browsing farms, raw land and family housing! He has life experience that excels him above most others and he has the neighbor friendliness that goes unprecedented.

He will meet with you or check out properties for you and recommend properties based on your individual needs. You can call him during business hours and well beyond into the night! He is an honest advocate and I have not been disappointed once. It took my hunt over 10 months from start to closing. I cannot imagine my ordeal without Gary on my side cheering me!
