I've never heard anything negative about her. I believed her to be extremely knowledgeable and More importantly, trustworthy. She is definitely those things and much more. On top of that, I live in Ca and my brothers live in the eastern part of Pa., so Gayle was dealing with some big issues. From the moment I contacted her, I was impressed by her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, accessibility, honesty, thoughfullness and willingness to go Above and Beyond (the very appropriate name of her company). She made a situation that seemed insurmountable, go relatively smoothly. Any issues that arose, any questions I had (and I had many), she solved quickly and eased my worries. I never had to wait long for an answer or update. I would highly recommend Gayle to anyone selling or buying.
