If you are purchasing a new home, I will:

*Follow up with your mortgage lender, title company sellers agent and others until the house is yours
If you are selling a home, I will:
*Help establish a reasonable selling price for your home within its fair market value
*Market your home through the Multiple Listing Service as well as dozens of other internet sites
*Help with staging your home and suggest ways to enhance its marketability. As well as produce full color exterior and interior photos of your home that will appear on line and marketing pieces.
*Pre-qualify buyers when possible
*Coordinate the details of your closing with all parties involved
