I, Gilbert W. Carbon, have been a Realtor for the past 8 years. Before going into Real Estate I was owner/operator of 2 different restaurants for a period of 20 years. I am a people person and love working with people on a one to one basis. Being a baby boomer, I tend to gravitate to that market, but work all markets equally well. He's great with communication and helping secure all the detailed information needed to close on a house. I really appreciate the fact that Gil isn't afraid to be realistic - some things aren't going to work out and it's good to know that if there is going to be an issue, Gil knows what is coming and won't let you fall into any traps without warning you about what is ahead. He's very courteous with specific needs whether it's the style of house you want or a specific area. Great real estate experience overall. Even when we had doubts securing our purchase, Gil continued to work with us until we finally closed on our dream house!
