Gina Swanson was recommended to me by my insurance agent. My mother passed away recently and I needed to clean out, clean up, and sell the house. The cleaning up and out was a slow since I lived 40 minutes away. But once I contacted Gina, the process sped up a lot. She recommended what to do and, maybe more importantly, what not to do in getting the house ready. I did a lot of cleaning, a little painting, and some easy upgrades. She recommended a flooring installer who did a great job in the kitchen. And then we put the house on the market. After that I had to do nothing. Her target price was right on the nose.
