Ginger did a great job with the sale of my home. My house was on the market for one day and I had a full-price offer. The staging and pictures were great.

We first met Ginger through a walk of a model home and listening to her comments about the house were spot on. We were first time builders and Ginger has built and flipped other homes. We at the time did not know she was a broker for Century 21. Also from being 1000 miles from home we were not knowledgeable of the area, Ginger was was very open about the town and surrounding areas. Extremely helpful for us in making a decision of where we wanted to be and what we were looking for. Upon leaving the house and our conversation with Ginger we learned that she worked with Century 21. Asked for her card and drove back to Illinois from Colorado. A few days later we decided to make the leap and build in an upcoming subdivision. We then contacted Ginger and asked if she would represent us. The best decision ever!
