Last year, I decided to sell my house while the market was hot. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Ginger. My first impression was "she's a sharp cookie". I decided to renovate my house before putting it on the market. She let me know what buyers were looking for in a home and so I went from there. After the renovations were completed, my house was put on the market. Several offers came in the first day and a bidding war commenced! Ginger then educated me on lenders and how to choose a buyer. Once I chose a buyer, the process began with inspections and appraisals, which went smoothly. But then COVID-19 arrived on the scene, stock markets plummeted, the buyer's lender pulled out and the sale was going to be canceled. What does Ginger do? She puts on her problem-solving hat and at her suggestion, the buyer looks for and finds a new lender. Twenty-one days later, the buyer signs and I am doing a happy dance. With the uncertainty of the present economy, it is remarkable this sale went through, and it is all due to Ginger's tenacity. Ginger was a reassuring presence through this entire process. If I had a question, she answered it or found the answer. If I called or texted her, she answered that day. This was my first time selling a house, but having worked with Ginger, I feel educated on how a proper sale should go. Ginger is professional, intelligent, genuine, and just a delightful person whom I highly recommend.
