This was my first house that I was purchasing and Ginger completely guided me through such a daunting process , assisted me with knowledge about the area and Summerville / South Carolina , legal resources , etc . Buying a house from out of state was scary and stressful , but Ginger guided me through this process flawlessly. I would readily recommend her to anyone .
