I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004 working throughout the Chicagoland area and including the surrounding suburbs working with sellers, buyers and investors. I am also the president and owner of Naples Remodeling, LLC. a general construction company specializing in remodeling of the REO properties purchased for my investor clients who benefit from my ability to anticipate the future value of improvements and to gauge rental income. Buyer reviewGiovanni is the real estate agent everyone needs. He made the home buying process easy from beginning to end. He helped us find a house that fit all of our needs. Location and price were important to us and he was patient with us as we toured all of the homes we were interested in. He was always a phone call away and super communicative. He is very knowledgeable, experienced,professional, easy to reach , very helpful, listed in mls& outside property very promptly, correctly priced the property, worked very actively to sell the property & even he went xtra mile to village of Brookfield several times , submitted presale inspection application with fee ( reimbursed later). Overall he is excellent & I highly recommend him to any one selling or buying property.
