I am also the president and owner of Naples Remodeling, LLC. a general construction company specializing in remodeling of the REO properties purchased for my investor clients who benefit from my ability to anticipate the future value of improvements and to gauge rental income. Giovani always kept me updated on any details and communication to the seller was always firm ,detailed and professional. I feel Giovani really cared about my needs and advocated for them at all times. I would recommend Giovani because of his experience and knowledge with multiple areas in Chicago and nearby suburbs. Also very knowledgeable with a variety of style homes and any repairs that possibly needed to be done and approximately what it would cost to complete . This knowledge is all around beneficial for his clients especially for those that have no experience.
